Slit was a habbz member since 2008. He says that he was not appointed or asked to be staff atleast once. I agree with him. He has a lot of experiance in the habbz community. He would fit right in as a staff job for the habbz hotel. On the other hand, a staff trainee Cosmo, has joined two months ago. This brings up this huge argument as if it fair or unfair that a experianced habbz member for two years is not chosen, over a two month member. In my opinion Slit should have gotten the job. I am not trying to be mean and unfair with Cosmo but a member that has been in the community for two years, obviously has more experiance than a member from two months. Its common sense! I want to know what you guys think about this situation. Do you agree with Slit on why it unfair to not be staff. Please post your comments as always.

Yeah, this is probably right, but Cosmo is a very nice guy. I dont think he is very unfit for the job. Nice article Wayne. :)
ReplyDeletePlease be aware that staff are chosen not based purely on their experiences. They're chosen based on other criteria that I cannot disclose, and at the end of the day, the Management does take a lot of time deciding who should become staff - clearly they've got their own reasons for choosing Cosmo.

Ok, I don't go on how long a user has been on the hotel.

True what John Said. Not to mention....Look at the thread on the forums where john said hes hiring staff. He gave a criteria there. Mature, well known, etc. Slit has been in some tough situations recently with Maddy and such and I think he displayed a bit of immaturity in the situation which may have been why he was not chosen. On the other hand, Cosmo joined 2 months ago then quit for a really long time. He came back and was staff within a week... I love Cosmo and Slit both, they are both GREAT friends of mine. But still.
ReplyDeleteI joined in 2008, about the smaetime as Alex/Slit. I don't mind not being staff, I'd like to try at one point, but I dont care right now. =]
ReplyDeleteIm not trying ot make any problems in this situation. Im mad cool with Cosomo and Slit but i dont base my reasons for staff basically on years of playing. I think Slit and Cosmo should be staf. But if it comes to a point where only one can be chosen, Slit in my opinion has more experiance. If you guys disagree thats fine but im just expressing what i think about it.
